1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OperatEzy platform, including all related services, applications, and websites (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
OperatEzy is a field service management platform that provides workforce management, scheduling, task management, compliance, and communication tools for businesses operating across multiple locations.
2. Definitions
- "Company" refers to OperatEzy, the provider of the Service.
- "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
- "Account" refers to the registered account created by a User to access the Service.
- "Content" refers to any data, text, images, documents, or other materials uploaded, submitted, or transmitted through the Service.
- "Subscription" refers to the paid plan selected by the User to access premium features of the Service.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an Account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. You must notify OperatEzy immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an Account. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
4. Use of the Service
OperatEzy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.
- Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Use the Service to store or transmit any Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
5. Subscriptions and Payment
Certain features of the Service require a paid Subscription. By selecting a Subscription plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your Account settings.
OperatEzy reserves the right to modify Subscription fees upon reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of OperatEzy and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Ireland and foreign countries.
You retain ownership of any Content you upload to the Service. By uploading Content, you grant OperatEzy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display such Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
7. Data Protection
OperatEzy is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Acts 1988–2018. For detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Data Management Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OperatEzy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
- Any content obtained from the Service.
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OperatEzy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of and access to the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
OperatEzy may terminate or suspend your Account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
12. Changes to Terms
OperatEzy reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
